Overview: I do hereby apply to be a member of the 1776 LIVE Community. By creating an account and accepting these terms upon entry to the website, I accept the offer made to become a member of 1776 LIVE and have read and agree with the following Declaration of Purpose, Preamble, and Memorandum of Understanding.

Declaration of Purpose: 1776 LIVE is organized and established under the exclusive jurisdiction to lawful governance according to the principles of law stated in God’s Word, The Holy Bible as protected in the common law of England, The Magna Carta 1215 (The Great Charter) and the united States Declaration of Independence 1776.

To be in the world, but not of the world, and to act in accordance with Nature and Nature’s God, the creator, and serve as stewards with the dominion over all earthly things as commanded by our creator.

The formation of the offices of Hosts of 1776 LIVE must always remain unincorporated. 1776 LIVE’s founder, hosts, and its members (including parents) can freely share, discuss, and exchange information and services by members of 1776 LIVE while keeping all business within the private domain.

In order to protect all members of the PMA from any adverse action by any local, municipal, county, state or federal administrative or regulatory agency, BAR Association or any court in exchange for the benefits offered by the PMA, all members agree and consent to the terms and conditions set forth in this contract.

Every member who joins the PMA as a real, breathing, flesh and blood, living sentient man or woman in their natural and highest character, capacity, standing and status; fully equal to all other men or women members.

Predicated on the above and in order to protect each members’ privacy and prevent the unconstitutional and unwarranted application of any public policy or public law to the PMA, each member takes upon themselves the responsibility for their own education, learning, and knowledge of law and in so doing consents to do due diligence regarding anything offered to them by any PMA member and to make fully informed decisions on matters of law or procedure that the members individually or collectively think best for complying with applicable law and living a healthy productive life in order to attain, restore and maintain optimum physical, mental and spiritual wellness and protect private property.

Please read this contract carefully and completely and make sure that you fully comprehend and agree with it. If you are unable to read English, please have someone read this contract to you. If you do not comprehend this contract or any part of it, please find someone that you trust and have them explain it to you. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions of the PMA contract you are not authorized to conduct any activity with the PMA or through the PMA with any PMA member.

1. You agree that you are joining 1776 LIVE and that it is a Private Member Association.

2. You agree to keep details of the organization, including any materials produced by the same, or other members' details, private, and will not share with anyone outside the organization without explicit written permission from the founder. The exception would be any material available online, already in the public realm. You agree not to share emails, zoom links, meeting replays, or private conversations with non-members and to respect the privacy of other members.

a. You comprehend that any content, products or services you may receive as a member of this organization are intended to improve or enhance one’s natural state of being and agree to take final responsibility for any use of the same.

b. Member Hosts agree that any content, products, presentations, and meeting recordings that the Hosts may be stewarding are the property of 1776LIVE and that it will be digitally shared and stored in our digital vault indefinitely.

3. You agree to pay your subscription as outlined upon your selection when agreeing to join the association and to remain in honor and not share your account log on with any other being.

4. You comprehend that as a member of this PMA, you are invoking your constitutional rights, specifically the First, Fourth, Fifth, Ninth, and Tenth Amendments and as such take full responsibility for your own behavior, such that your actions shall never constitute anything that can be determined to be of a “clear and present danger of a substantial evil.”

5. You agree that any disputes you have will be brought to the attention of the hosts in a timely manner so that it can be resolved in-house, and that as a PMA, we are not subject to litigation.

6. You also comprehend that if your actions are not consistent with the values of the organization and you are found to be in dishonor, you may be asked to leave or removed from the organization, and you would no longer be a member in good standing.

7. As sovereign, living, breathing, sentient human beings, we are being called to exercise our rights of life, liberty, the pursuit of happiness, speech, religion, due process, assembly, and to contract, among others. You agree this is your responsibility to be aware of these God-given, God-Nature created freedoms and to be versed in the protection afforded you by the united States Founding Organic papers. (These are - The Declaration of Independence, The Articles of the Confederate, The Northwest Ordinance, and The Constitution for the united States including the first ten amendments.)

8. You recognize as well that we are all connected and that our actions affect one another. We strive to encourage and support one another, as a family in community. It is our promise and purpose.

9. You have read and comprehend this contract completely.

10. Membership fees, refunds and cancellation policy. This is a Private Member Association, by joining you agree that all knowledge gained is for ENTERTAINMENT ONLY and is to be used at your own risk.

• Premium Members have dues collected through monthly subscription and/or one-time payment plans dependent on which is selected.

• Refund requests will only be honored within the first seven (7) days of the monthly

  payment period.

• When a subscription is canceled, members will have access until the end of the payment

  period.
