By joining and participating, you acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for your own decisions, research, actions, and outcomes. All knowledge gained through 1776 LIVE is for entertainment and educational purposes only and is to be used at your own risk.

PMA Overview: I do hereby apply to be a member of the 1776 LIVE Community. By creating an account and accepting these terms upon entry to the website, I accept the offer made to become a member of 1776 LIVE and have read and agree with the following Declaration of Purpose, Preamble, and Memorandum of Understanding.

Declaration of Purpose: 1776 LIVE is organized and established under the exclusive jurisdiction to lawful governance according to the Fundamental principles of law stated in God’s Word, The Holy Bible as protected in the common law of England, The Magna Carta 1215 (The Great Charter) and the united States Declaration of Independence 1776.

To be in the world, but not of the world, and to act in accordance with Nature and Nature’s God, the creator, and serve as stewards with the dominion over all earthly things as commanded by our creator, which is our Fundamental Right.

The 1776 LIVE Trust has been established to foster a community of like-minded individuals committed to rekindling the American Spirit of life, liberty, personal growth, self-reliance, and mutual support.

The formation of the offices of Hosts of 1776 LIVE must always remain unincorporated. 1776 LIVE’s founder, hosts, and its members can freely share, discuss, and exchange information and services while keeping all business within the private domain.

In order to protect all members of the PMA from any adverse action by any local, municipal, county, state or federal administrative or regulatory agency, BAR Association or any court in exchange for the benefits offered by the PMA, all members agree and consent to the terms and conditions set forth in this contract.

Every member who joins the PMA joins as a real, breathing, flesh and blood, living sentient man or woman in their natural and highest character, capacity, standing and status; fully equal to all other men or women members.

Each member takes upon themselves the responsibility for their own education, learning, and knowledge of law and in so doing consents to do due diligence regarding anything offered to them by any PMA member and to make fully informed decisions on matters of law or procedure that the members individually or collectively think best for complying with applicable law and living a healthy productive life.

Member Agreement:
• You agree that you are joining 1776 LIVE and that it is a Private Member Association.
• You agree to keep details of the organization, including any materials produced by the same, or other members’ details, private, and will not share with anyone outside the organization without explicit written permission from the founder.
• You agree not to share emails, zoom links, meeting replays, or private conversations with non-members and to respect the privacy of other members.
• You agree to pay your honorarium subscription as outlined upon your selection when agreeing to join the association and to remain in honor and not share your account log on with any other being.
• You comprehend that as a member of this PMA, you are invoking your constitutional rights, specifically the First, Fourth, Fifth, Ninth, and Tenth Amendments.
• You agree that any disputes will be brought to the attention of the hosts in a timely manner so that it can be resolved in-house, and that as a PMA, we are not subject to litigation.
• Membership honorarium, refunds, and cancellation policy: All honorarium donations are as per 12 USC 411. There are strictly no refunds. When a subscription is canceled, members retain access until the end of the current paid period.
